Aster Learning is an online training website offering free, self-paced courses. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

What we collect

Your account: first name, last name, username, email address and a password (stored encrypted).
Your learning records: the courses you enrol in, lessons you complete, quiz answers and results, and certificates issued to you.
Messages: the details you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To run your account and show your progress in your dashboard.
To grade quizzes and issue certificates in your name.
To send emails you need, such as a password reset link or a reply to your message.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who can see your records

Your learning records are visible to you and to our training administrators. Other students cannot see them. A certificate can be viewed by anyone you share its link or ID with.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and records while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will remove your records within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you using our contact page.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to make the site work. It does not use advertising cookies.
